MEET OUR TRAINER
Akshat Kumar is the Principal Consultant at Brainastic International and a globally experienced Learning and Development professional with over 25 years of expertise in building organizational capability that delivers measurable business outcomes. His career spans senior leadership and advisory roles across Asia and Africa, including Max New York Life India and AIICO Insurance Nigeria. At AIICO, his capability-building initiatives supported enterprise-wide transformation and contributed to revenue growth from approximately ₦11 billion to over ₦120 billion.

Akshat specializes in moving organizations beyond short-term, event-based training toward embedded systems of execution, leadership effectiveness, and strengths-based performance. He is a Gallup CliftonStrengths® Coach, FranklinCovey 4 Disciplines of Execution (4DX) Lead Implementer, Master Trainer in Professional Patterns of Leadership, NLP Master Practitioner, and a U.Lab Certified Practitioner from the Presencing Institute (MIT). His work has received global recognition, including honors such as Global Learning & Development Leader and Best Training Leader – Africa.
